Description
The High One. For four days he eluded us. Teasing us with fleeting glimpses of His greatness between the clouds. But that is his way, adding to the mystique for those who make pilgrimage to his world where Nature and Wilderness are supreme.
So as we rose in the darkness of our last dawn in the Heart of Denali National Park, the sight of stars and the crescent moon overhead fueled hopes. By the time skies were turning blue, we were on our last drive through and out of the park. Our excitement was palpable as snowcapped ridges flashed between the trees. We turned onto “The Causeway” at Wonder Lake and were instantly humbled by Him. Denali. The High One, The Tall One. And truly, The Great One.

Incredible image!!!
Sylvia J Zarco replied:
(Very belated) Thanks Kent. So sorry it took me so long to reply. I hope to get more active here and keep in better touch going forward. (You may notice familiar faces appearing here from your days on RedBubble. They're closing groups end of the month, causing a final mass exodus that's pushing more artists here. So look forward to regularly checking out your work again.)

Thank you very much Joy. Honored for your feature and thrilled you read my description. I feel images are not quite complete without a few words to share why they are special to me. How wonderful to share those special feelings with you.
